On Sunday the 30 th of July, five of our lash stylists who had been selected as
finalists in the National Pro-Series Lash Competition travelled to Brisbane to
compete in the Finals at the Brisbane Hair & Beauty Expo! And places WERE
WON!
Grace, Sabina, Leonie, Cynthia and Isobel were selected from hundreds of
entrants across Australia & New Zealand, to compete in Australia’s first LIVE
Lash Competition finals, with Grace competing in both Classic and Volume
Expert Divisions.
The preparation was intense, we, but we got there in the end, tweezers in
hand with all competitors ready to lash like their lives depended on it! The
competition was absolutely fierce, with the best of the best in lash stylists
across Australia & New Zealand competing for glory.
We are thrilled to announce that we took out not one, but two places in the
competition, with Sabina being awarded 2 nd Place and Cynthia 3 rd Place in
their division in the Volume Category. We are incredibly happy with these
results and would like to extend our thanks to the organisers at Brisbane
Lashes and the Brisbane Hair and Beauty Expo, all of the fantastic sponsors,
and our very kind and patient models for donating their time – and especially a
huge congratulations to all of the other contestants and winners. The quality
of work was beyond amazing.
