In most cases, yes – but if you have had particularly bad extensions done somewhere else we cannot absolutely guarantee that we will be able to remove them or apply new ones immediately. It depends on how bad a state your lashes are in. If there is an awful lot of glue and many lashes fused together, it can take some time to remove the extensions gently without causing damage to the natural lashes.

If you own lashes are damaged or weakened underneath/there are gaps in your lash line, a lash-break may be best, but we understand that some people really don’t want to do this, particularly when they’ve been wearing lashes for a long time and are not ready to be lashless! Our stylists are highly skilled in applying lighter weight ‘rehab’ type lashes, so that you’ve got a subtle lash enhancement on whilst your natural lashes gain strength and fullness underneath. As they recover, we can usually thicken up the extensions over time at infill appointments.

If the bad extensions have irritated or infected your eyes or eyelids, we may refer you to initially seek medical advice – as where there is the possibility of an infection, allergic reaction or inflamed skin, we cannot apply extensions until it is resolved.

You are more than welcome to make an appointment for a quick consultation where we can assess your lashes in person and devise a treatment plan, before you proceed with anything.
