Colourful lashes / Mardi Gras lash and brow looks

Mardi Gras is just around the corner  – and we’re getting an influx of bookings to help get everyone ready for one of Sydney’s favourite and most colourful events!

At Lady Lash, we’re a super-inclusive salon – everyone is very welcome here, and we delight in creating amazing lash and brow looks for all humans! If you’re considering trying lashes for the first time, but are perhaps a little nervous that they’d suit you – we can easily arrange a private in-person consultation first about your lash/brow goals, before you commit to anything. Heading towards Mardi Gras weekend, we get loads of requests for colourful lashes too, which is always exciting! We’ve popped some of our favourites up on our Instagram – take a look for some inspiration! 

To celebrate Mardi Gras you can request a pop of colour (usually this is 10-15 lashes in colour towards the mid/end sections) in your lash extension appointment for FREE in February and March  – whilst colour stock lasts! Our stock is mostly purple, blue, pink and green/aqua shades. 

Which colour lash will suit you best? Which colour goes with your eye colour? Well – this is really down to personal choice, and what your outfit will be like, but here are our top picks: 

Brown Eyes – Dark Blues and Purple really make this eye colour pop. Deep purple and brown are a perfect match. 

Blue Eyes – We love Blue and Light blue together/mixed blue shades, they really enhance blue eyes, as does a Blue/green/aqua mix 

Green Eyes – Purple/mixed purple shade work amazingly on this eye colour, as purple contrasts well with green

Hazel/Grey Eyes – Purple also works well, and enhances the green/grey, however this eye colour (which can look different in different lights) will rock just about any colour shade 

Amber Eyes – A pinky/purple mixed colour pop provides amazing contrast with those lucky enough to have this unusual eye colour
