Most new appointments or online bookings (over 45 min long) just require a credit card number on file (it’s encrypted and totally secure in our booking system, we can’t see the info once it’s input and our staff do not have any acccess to the card details) and a $1 processing fee is taken. This $1 will come off the total price of the appointment on the day.

We just need 24 hours to reschedule or cancel, otherwise a 50% late cancellation fee (of the booked service/s cost) will be charged to your card. For no shows (where no notice at all is given and you just do not attend) a 100% fee applies. Please call/text 0420 634 904 during business hours if you need to cancel an appointment or you can do so via the app/online up to 24 hours prior.

For some larger/longer appointments (i.e. cosmetic tattoo) a non-refundable booking fee of up to 50% of the appointment cost may be taken. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule these appointments, so as not to lose the booking fee.
