Terms and Conditions – Infill Course Packages
- Infill course packages are available seasonally and in selected salons/with selected staff members only. A discount is given when infills are purchased as a course of 4+ sessions.
- Available to be used on time-based infill sessions only, not for new sets or other treatments.
- Infills are time-based, therefore each infill in the course is for X minutes, depending on the package you have chosen. If you feel you will need more time than your course sessions allow, please contact us. Lashes that are not clean/have makeup residue on them will generally require more time (so please come with clean lashes)
- Upgrades (if more time is needed/if you are wanting to upgrade to a fuller/thicker set) can be purchased on top/added to the booking @ $25 for 15 min additional lash time. Please contact us in advance to arrange this so we can ensure there is sufficient time.
- Maximum 25 days between each infill in courses (around 40-50% of the lashes would be remaining) – ideally no more than 21.
- If there is a government enforced closure, packages may be redeemed afterwards. Two or more sessions may be added together for a full new set, depending on the time needed.
- Once you have purchased and used any session in a course/package, it is not refundable (however may be transferable to another person at the discretion of management). Not redeemable for cash/products or treatments in any other salon location.
- Afterpay or gift vouchers cannot be used as a payment type for courses
- Stylists cannot be requested when using course bookings
- Lash lift/tint courses are for lash lift services only
- NOT transferable to other locations – must all be used in the location purchased only.
