Charlotte – Director – Lady Lash and Brow Game
Our fearless leader and founder of Lady Lash, Charlotte has been in the beauty industry for over a decade. During these years Charlotte has stayed at the forefront of lash extension education and encourages her staff to do the same. In 2013, Charlotte turned her hand to cosmetic tattoo training under Sydney’s renown master cosmetic tattooist Val Glover-Hovan, and became further qualified under the Phibrows® brand. Charlotte occasionally returns to competitive lashing – in 2017, she won 3rd place in the classics division of the Australian and New Zealand Lash Championships
Matt – Operations Manager
Known as ‘Mr Lash’, Matt handles the operations side of Lady Lash. Though not a lash artist himself, he has built an encyclopaedic knowledge of eyelash extensions over the past decade in the business. Matt keeps our three locations running smoothly with his technological and technological handyman skills! He also moonlights as an excellent lash model, and we continually torture him.

Our lash stylists are carefully selected for their experience, outstanding lash skills and great customer service. Most stylists at Lady Lash hold both Australian and international lash qualifications, and we are proud to have many award-winning artists in our team – check out our trophy cabinet next time you pop in! Our stylists have an average of seven years experience in lashes, brows or both, and are mentored by head trainer Grace to make sure they deliver a wonderful beauty experience every time.
