In Australia, it is standard practice to offer infills, and most reputable salons and stylists do. I would be a little wary of any salon or operator who said they cannot/do not do them (particularly on their own work). Lashes can be generally infilled as long as they’ve been applied well, using correct techniques. If your current lash stylist does not offer infills, it may be because they can’t actually do them. If your lashes have been applied with excessive amount of glue and are impossible to take off (grown out ones etc) if they feel crunchy and hard or you can’t get a brush through them, infilling is going to be very difficult. If you come in with lashes from elsewhere that can’t be infilled, we will let you know and give you some options.

If you would prefer to start afresh each time, and have existing lashes removed before a new set is applied, this is absolutely fine. Please do let us know so we have time to remove them though. We know that in some European countries, it is standard practice to remove/refresh a set completely around 5-6 weeks, and we are more than happy to do this if it’s your preference.
