Cancellations and Reschedules 

In a perfect world, everyone can always make their bookings – however, life can sometimes be unpredictable. Booking an appointment at Lady Lash is an acceptance of these terms and conditions, and if you can’t make your booking and need to reschedule or cancel, we do require 24 hours notice at a minimum. If you cancel on the same day as your booking or no-show, it leaves a gap which is difficult to fill at the last minute – and means that other clients on the wait-list often miss out, too!

– Call or SMS us on 0420 634 904 (please don’t use other numbers – this is our ONLY salon booking number) to cancel or reschedule, or you can use the Lady Lash Australia app (at anytime up until to 24 hours prior) to move/cancel your appointment. We are open 7 days, and are very easy to contact.

A late-cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services is charged for a first late cancellation. Where there is a no-show (non-attendance without any notice whatsoever) or a subsequent late cancellation within the same 6-month period, full payment for the booked services will be required and charged to your card.

Our late cancellation/no-show policy is never personal, it is a standard policy in order to protect us from excessive no-shows and late cancellations.

Covid-19 Policy 
 
At time of writing (May 2022) masks are no longer required by NSW Health to be worn into personal care businesses. However, as we are working so closely with our clients – generally within centimetres, we do normally wear masks at all times (as we have always done) and would generally prefer that you do also, if you are comfortable doing so.
At time of writing (May 2022) there is also no longer a vaccination requirement for entry into personal care businesses. However, our teams are all fully vaccinated and should you have concerns and wish to see proof of vaccination status of a staff member treating you, we can arrange this.

We have a rigorous Covid-safe plan, entailing additional cleaning, stringent hygiene measures, mask-wearing, staff wellness policies and some general operational changes in order to ensure we are following all NSW Health regulations. When you come in, please sanitise your hands as you enter – it will be available at all contact points.

We request that you please do not attend your booking if you have symptoms of Covid-19.

If you are are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19 and/or have been told by NSW Health to isolate/get tested, please contact us to reschedule as soon as possible, and as long as proof of dated PCR or RAT test is shown, we will waive any late notice cancelation fee.
We are doing everything possible to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 in our salons and to keep everyone safe and comfortable. All of our team members are very familiar with our covid-safe policies. But nothing is without risk, and by entering our salons you accept this risk and agree that Lady Lash Australia Pty Ltd and it’s directors, employees, and contractors nor any other individual on the premises for work purposes will not be held liable or responsible in the case that you become a close or casual contact, nor confirmed case of Covid-19.
