Lady Lash are Sydney’s Eyelash Extension specialists, with 4 salons across Sydney. Lash and Brow treatments are our passion – that’s all that we do, and many of our team are award winning in their field.
We are offering specialist, above award wages as well as performance incentives/bonuses, ongoing training and development, plus enjoy free staff treatments and highly discounted products.
We are offering flexible hours, from 20 – 38 hours per week, depending on your availability, however the successful applicant must be available on Saturdays and 1-2 evening per week (depending on hours).
Essential skills and characteristics
- You’re a volume lash pro! Minimum 2 years making hand made volume fans up to 5D
- Highly fluent in English and solid communication skills – this is a very customer service-focused role, so it is essential that you are able to communicate with your clients well without any assistance.
- Great customer service skills and a friendly, cheerful attitude
- Good all-round common sense and a sense of humour!
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a solid employment record
- Supportive and encouraging to colleagues, a team player
- Able to work for a minimum of 6 months in Australia. Talented travellers are welcome to apply, however we do need someone who can commit to 6 months as a minimum.
Applicants holding beauty qualifications will be highly regarded, as will those who also have experience with brows and lash lifting.
